Most of our customers are not home when we clean. Our customers provide us with a key to the home. For security reasons, all keys are coded so if they are lost they can’t be traced back to your home. If you choose not to provide us with a key and our team is locked out, you may be charged a lock-out fee.

We cannot give an exact time of arrival. Generally our hours are from 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. Monday through Friday. We can tell you if we will be there in the A.M. or P.M. We will try to be flexible to accommodate you.

To make things go smoother we ask that you put away clothing, toys, dishes and other extra household items. By making the areas to be cleaned accessible you will get a better value for you money.

No. A verbal agreement is all we ask. We believe in communicating with our clients to make sure they are satisfied with our service.

Koncept Atlanta will provide all supplies and equipment. As a matter of fact, when you hire us, cleaning supplies are something you can remove from you weekly shopping list. If there is a particular cleaner that you supply and want us to use, we will be glad to accommodate you.

Generally, our teams are composed of three cleaning specialists. On occasion due to illness or training, we may send two or four member teams.

We ask that you give us at least 72 hours advanced notice. Our employees depend on their cleaning jobs and we would like some time to replace their lost hours.

We are very careful not to damage items in your home, however accidents do happen. If something minor is broken we will replace. When something of greater value is broken, insurance claims will be filed.

Unlike many independent contractors or other cleaning companies, our cleaning specialists are covered by worker’s compensation insurance. If they are hurt on you property you are not liable.
